Namak, cheeni, refined oil sab chhod diya aaj do saal ho gaya.
Subah uth ke lagbhag 3 km walk karta hoon, aadha ghanta yogasan, ek liter garam-garam paani, ye sab mera roz ka routine ho gaya hai.
Chai, coffee, daaru, sab tyag diya kaafi din ho gaya.
Sirf green sabzi, fresh fruits khata hoon. Saath mein makke ki roti aur taaza makkhan, poore din mein lagbhag 3 liter paani. Shaam ko ek glass chaach, saath mein dry fruits ya season mein jo bhi fresh fruits milta hai, wohi khata hoon.
Saare kharab aadat chhod diya, sab bekaar habit almost gaya…
Bas ab ek hi aadat chhodna baaki hai - ye jhooth bolne wala habit. Agar ye chhoot jaye toh life bilkul set ho jaayegi.
